You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 639ph. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement. 639ph reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot be verified as 21+.
Each individual may hold only one active 639ph account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances obtained through multi-accounting.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on 639ph are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 639ph is not responsible for any foreign exchange losses incurred if funds are held in non-PHP accounts by the player.
639ph operates under Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) authorization. All games offered are subject to Philippine gaming law. Use of the platform outside the Philippines may be restricted by local law in your jurisdiction.
All promotions, bonuses, and free credit offered by 639ph are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly and must meet rollover conditions before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2.1 By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the 639ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 639ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 639ph and, if you hold a registered account, request its closure in accordance with Section 4.8 below.
2.3 639ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 14 for the amendment procedure.
3.1 Use of 639ph is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the platform:
3.2 639ph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued Philippine identification card (PhilSys, UMID, passport, or driver's license). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
4.1 To access real-money games and features on 639ph, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address.
4.2 You may hold only one (1) registered account on 639ph. Operating two or more accounts simultaneously — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein, except for deposits made with verified Real Money Funds which shall be returned.
4.3 You must complete KYC verification before making your first real-money deposit or placing your first real-money wager. KYC requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and, where requested, proof of address or source of funds.
4.4 639ph reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Any change to your registered name, mobile number, or banking details must be notified to 639ph support and may require re-verification. 639ph is not liable for any losses arising from outdated account information.
You may request the closure of your 639ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
639ph may close, suspend, or restrict your account at any time if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, are subject to a self-exclusion order, or if required by PAGCOR or any competent authority.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 639ph login credentials, including your username and password. 639ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.2 You must notify 639ph immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 639ph support is available 24/7 Philippine Standard Time.
5.3 639ph support staff will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
5.4 639ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. When enabled, a one-time PIN is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number before any login is permitted from an unrecognized device.
6.1 All financial transactions on 639ph — deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 639ph does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on 639ph are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting product, as published within the game interface or product documentation on the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to the outcome of a specific game or bet.
7.2 A wager is not valid and binding on 639ph until it has been confirmed by the platform and appears in your transaction history. Network interruptions or system errors that prevent confirmation do not constitute a binding wager.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, error in published odds, or any other system anomaly that would materially affect the fairness or accuracy of a wagering outcome, 639ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. 639ph will not be liable for any losses arising from such events.
7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or product interface and may be updated by 639ph at any time.
7.5 639ph reserves the right to limit the maximum payout per player, per event, or per day on any game or betting product at its sole discretion.
8.1 All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other offers made available by 639ph are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all 639ph promotions unless otherwise specified:

9.2 Any violation of Section 9.1 may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including Real Money Funds where legally permissible, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
10.1 639ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed within financial and personal limits.
10.2 639ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:
10.3 Once a self-exclusion request is processed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 639ph will not reinstate access to an excluded account before the exclusion period expires, regardless of the player's request.

11.1 All content on the 639ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of 639ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 639ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 639ph.
11.3 The 639ph name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of 639ph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639ph's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
12.2 639ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any failure to realize expected winnings.
12.3 639ph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions (including payment processors and game providers), or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. 639ph shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 639ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.
13.1 These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the 639ph platform, shall in the first instance be submitted to 639ph's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 15.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through 639ph's internal procedure within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.4 The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the procedures described in Sections 13.2 and 13.3.
14.1 639ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 639ph will provide notice to registered players via email to their registered address or via a notification displayed upon login, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
14.2 For minor or non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms — 639ph may update the Terms with immediate effect.
14.3 The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 639ph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
14.4 If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 4.6 before the amended Terms take effect.
